before sending deposit for our services.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
- At the time of application, please include a ¥100,000 non-refundable deposit which will be applied to the wedding package.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 3 months prior to your scheduled date.
- We accept PayPal or a wire-transfer from your bank on a Japanese yen basis.
- Receipt is given upon request.
- All transactions use the exchange rate of the day they are processed.
- For cancellation
- within 3 days after your deposit payment: free of charge, deposit will be returned to your account after deducation of handling fee.
- 50% is refundable 3 month before the scheduled date.
- After 2 month from your wedding date: 100% non- refundable.
NOTES
- Please make a reservation at least six months before the desired date.
- Depending on the shrine, there are some dates when reservation can not be accepted.
- For those who choose the wedding ceremony plan, please be in Fukuoka 2 days before the scheduled date for a meeting and costume matching.
- The date and time of the wedding or location of photo shoot may change due to weather.
- Hakata Kon services are limited to partnered photographers only.
